There is something for everyone – of all ages. An Olympic size pool, with life guard personnel on duty 7 days a week. A Sports Park, which includes a children’s playground, courts for Bocce ball, basketball and shuffleboard, 2 saunas, Jacuzzi hot tub, and kiddie pool. Our two story gym has the latest equipment, indoor and outdoor racquetball courts, and ten tennis courts, five of which are lit for night playing.

 

Our beautiful Ballroom hosts dinner/dances, club meetings and special events. The Club House boasts many rooms, for card games, meetings, and many classes, including dance, ceramic, and piano (from beginners up), ping pong room, a youth room with game tables, a billiards room, a lovely library, where books may be borrowed on the “honor system”, and a fully equipped wood working shop for those who might be inclined to build anything from a wooden picture frame to a desk.

 

We are especially proud of our 625 seat Live Performing Arts Theater. We present a variety of shows throughout the year, from full scale Musical productions to Star Packages, at affordable prices. Free recently released movies are shown twice a month to our residents (with proper ID).

The buildings housing the Master Association are located on the North East Corner of Lyons and Copans Roads in beautiful tree-lined Coconut Creek, Florida. Our community consists of 36 Villages which comprise the Township, with 5,307 residences that are home to more than 12,000 residents. Our various facilities are open 365 days a year.

 

Surrounded by lush foliage, dotted with lakes, beautifully manicured grounds with meandering walking trails, the Township invites you to commune with nature around our own private “Lake TaCoMA”. We are a community that is comprised of varying ages and races.
